Description: Existing 10,000 sq. ft. two-story building conversion for retail use. Part of ongoing Ogontz Avenue revitalization project.

Owner: Samax, Inc.
Architect: Kevin C. Young, Architect P.C.
Description: New construction of 65,000 sq. ft. ocean-view hotel on Wildwood boardwalk. Comprising 57 guestrooms, a pool, and on-site parking facilities, it is scheduled to open Spring 2012.
